What is it about?
Multiphoton tomography is now the clinical imaging method with the highest resolution. Optical biopsies can be obtained non-invasively and label-free and in vivo histology can be performed within minutes. Clinical data on a MPT study on patients suffering from dermatitis and psoriasis are presented. Autofluorescence, collagen by SHG, and RamaCn spectroscopy (CARS) have been performed on humans.
