Why is it important?
The risk factors for NTM-PD, the timing of the disease and the association with allograft dysfunction in this population are poorly defined. Thus, we have reviewed the literature and summarize the main characteristics and differences between early- and late-onset NTM-PD in lung transplant recipients.
