What is it about?
Tests the idea that people who can 'slam on their cognitive breaks', i.e. not answer with the first thing that comes to mind but properly reflect on their intuition, make better forecasts. Also shows that one can increase judgmental forecasting performance by manipulating how much time people have to take to make their decision.
