What is it about?
Highly diverse microbes inhabit every compartment of plant and are greatly associated with plant health, nutrient uptake and productivity. We demonstrate how bacterial communities are structured across rhizosphere, phyllosphere and endosphere in maize-wheat/barley rotation system under different fertilization practices at two contrasting sites.
