What is it about?

Bacterial pathogens, like other bacteria, need to control their cell cycle. We show that a conserved regulator is crucial for cell division, an essential step of cell cycle, in the zoonotic pathogen Brucella abortus. This regulator is also required for the homeostasis of the outer membrane of the bacterium.
