What is it about?
Insulin treatment appraisal scale (ITAS) is one of the most commonly used scale worldwide to assess psychological insulin resistance. However, previous Chinese version of ITAS was found to have translational problem in at least one of the items. This study has translated and validated the Chinese version of ITAS.

This Chinese version of ITAS (C-ITAS) can be used: 1. clinically, for healthcare professionals to undertand why patients refuse insulin therapy 2. for researchers to assess prelavance and develop treatments for patients with diabetes and with psychological insulin resistance.
