What is it about?
Much of the Qur'an is composed as a commentary or rather a sermon about themes of the Jewish and Christian Bible. This general theory is here illustrated with the story of Jonah, the impetuous preacher who finally learned that God is autonomous in his acts, not bound to his preachers.
