What is it about?
Gun shot residue (GSR) can be a useful forensic evidence, the presence of GSR can confirm the use of firearms. Additional intelligence might be gathered from the composition or shape of the residue particles. This work highlights the problems incurred using atomic force microscopy to examine these particles.
