What is it about?
The case described here displayed all the clinical, histological, and immunohistochemical characteristics of MH. The skin lesions however, were different from those previously reported in the literature.

Why is it important?
Erythroderma may be an uncommon clinical feature of MH caused by infiltration of neoplastic cells in the skin and cannot always be regarded as a nonspecific lesion.
