What is it about?
Natural killer cells express a vast array of activation receptors on their surface. These receptors activate natural cells for cytotoxicity and secretion. Natural killer cells also express many inhibitory receptors. Signaling by inhibitory receptors exert tight control of the activation of natural killer cells.
