What is it about?
A high strength and bioactive glass-ceramics containing apatite and wollastonite was derived from Bioglass. Bioactive titanium metal with high fracture toughness was derived from Bioglass by simple surface chemifal and heat treatments. Both of them were clinically used as important bone-repairing matarials
