What is it about?
Ethics of the leader are something more than just doing things right or wrong morally. Ethical leadership impacts the effective functioning of an organization. How is it possible? This study found that ethical leadership is related to organizational efectiveness because it particularly prevents employees from feeling alienated from their work and organization.
