Prospective study about immediate dental implants placement in sites that are infected, asymptomatic and with 4 wall defects

Why is it important?

According to our protocol, there is the possibility to place dental implants in fresh sockets suffering from chronic periodontal infection

Perspectives

I think the conclusion it's a success but further studies are necessary to evaluate the survival rate of the placed implants
