What is it about?
We carefully look at different meanings of workplace cooperation. This leads to the identification of six key alternative perspectives on workplace cooperation. We illustrate how these perspectives are rooted in different views about how the employment relationship works. But only two of the perspectives genuinely involve true cooperation rather than superficial or one-sided forms.

Why is it important?

This also helps to reveal important challenges in implementing and sustaining workplace cooperation.
