What is it about?

When you think of exercise outcomes, do you think of things that won't happen for a very long time, or things that happen during or directly happen after a single exercise bout? The current study showed that, for individuals who reported relatively infrequent exercise involvement, being prompted to consider short-term exercise outcomes (in turn) increases perceptions that motivation to exercise is intrinsic.
