What is it about?
Persistent Mullerian duct syndrome (PMDS) is a rare disorder of sexual differentiation characterised by the persistence of Mullerian derivatives (fallopian tubes, uterus and the proximal vagina) in males with an XY karyotype and normal virilisation.
