What is it about?
We report a case of a woman with systemic lupus erythematosus with recent history of lymphoma, who presented with a history of prolonged pyrexia without localizing symptoms. Repeat biopsy of the kidneys was crucial in obtaining histological diagnosis, and this was aided by findings on positron emission tomography – computed tomography.
