What is it about?
How can companies share knowledge with suppliers and partners that are globally dispersed? What are the mechanisms that can facilitate such knowledge diffusion? In this article, we discuss the barriers and the drivers including procedural justice (clarity of rules and norms), identificaiton of common practices among suppliers, even if belnging to distant regions of the world, and a good mix of synchronous and asynchronous knowledge sharing activities.

Supply chains are increasingly globally dispersed, so adequate mechanisms for knowldege sharing are key to align all the supply chain in the same direction.
Perspectives
I trully believe that technology can help managing supply chains, but governance and transparency is key to make sure that technology is used to its best capacity.
