What is it about?

Communication is the key issue for any success of any artificial intelligence (AI) based social systems. In this paper we describe the concept of a chatbot how to respond to incoming messages. The concept was evaluated from experience of a chatroom attached to a system of live web cameras. The results show that the response need to be separated into criteria based on ethics versus those of undetermined social dilemmas. Implications for further mid- or long-term applications are discussed.
