What is it about?

Based upon the integrated analysis of mRNA and miRNA, we tried to extract interactions between them that regulates Wilms tumor.

Why is it important?

Identified interaction network between miRNAs and mRNAs is significantly related WIlms tumor. Since there are no known mutation of genes identified for Wilms tumor, identification of critical miRNAs regulating critical mRNAs is important.

Perspectives

As a bioinformaitcs researcher, this is a part of application study of PCA based unsupervised FE, which is proposed recently by my self.
