Education and employment reforms toward developing human capital: the case of Qatar

What is it about?

Government initiatives in Qatar to reform the education system are important for the economic diversification and development of the country. A well-structured education system supports the overall development of the economy by focusing on the human capital. Heavy reliance on natural resources to support the economy calls for the government to implement changes in the education system to build a strong knowledge base.
