What is it about?
The formal agroindustrialisation by small rural producers has generated advances for the productive organization of the family agriculture in Brazil. Much of the organization of production can be attributed to the expansion of more stable relationships with customers, small producers and suppliers in agri-food supply chains. This study aims to analyze which collective actions (cooperation, coordination, collaboration), present in the supply chain of artisanal products, generate positive effects in terms of social gains.
