What is it about?
The very limited use of repeated cross-sectional (RCS) analysis in operations and supply chain management was investigated. For this purpose, an overview of repeated large-scale survey efforts was provided, followed by a close-up analysis of 30 years of GMRG data, and longitudinal RCS survey design recommendations.
