Nurturing psychological capital: an examination of organizational antecedents: the role of employee perceptions of teamwork, training opportunities and leader–member exchange

What is it about?

We compare Australian and US local government employees' perceptions of support within their employing organizations. The results depict that Australian employees perceive lower levels of support within the organization compared with US counterparts, and lower levels of personal resources, such as resilience, required to cope in contemporary work environments.
