What is it about?
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) training is used in mental health services to help people actively manage their mental health and promote recovery. We reviewed studies that have asked people about their experiences of the effects of WRAP training. The results show that WRAP training has positive self-perceived effects for those who take part. These outcomes are not obvious from more traditional ways of measuring 'recovery'. They included changing communication with mental health professionals.
