What is it about?

During the pandemic a lot of people received psychological support online or by phone. We wanted to know whether receiving brief psychological therapy face-to-face was any better or worse than receiving it by phone or video. The results from our service, during this period of time, seems to show that the way you receive brief therapy (i.e. face-to-face or virtual) doesn't seem to make a significant difference on how well it works for you.
