What is it about?

The paper introduces a qualitative methodological framework for identification of circular food waste flows that can maximise the sustainability of food supply chains. The framework provides a relatively low cost and standardised methodology to identify alternatives to minimise landfill disposals according to circular economy scenarios identified through the method.
