Applying design thinking to the decision-making process: a field study in Swedish local authorities

What is it about?

The use of design thinking in fields where design has not traditionally been a consideration, such as management, has been spreading in recent decades. We show how the application of design thinking to complex decisions can improve the quality of decision-making processes and the quality of the decisions that result from them.
