In this study a strategic communicational model is proposed for the optimization of communication between employees and leaders in Libraries and Information Science sector.

Why is it important?
Having as a cornerstone the results of this study, it is a fact that in common variables leaders evaluate themselves higher while employees evaluate their leaders with lower rankings, arizing in this way a communicational gap among them.
