What is it about?
This research focuses on corporate social responsibility in the context of libraries based on their growth in the last two decades. A thorough literature review was conducted to identify the themes and factors of library corporate social responsibility derived from models, best practices, and related studies. The dimensions and factors were categorized under four dimensions the community, workplace and employees, environment, and stakeholders dimensions. Each dimension contains a set of well-utilised and best-predicted factors related to the themes.

Why is it important?
This is the first article that fill the gap in identifying the best predictive and well-utilized factors of the library corporate social responsibility using two step methodology: thematic and weighting analysis. The results and methodology employed is useful for researchers and academics in LIS.
