What is it about?

COVID-19 brought about social distancing protocols which distracted academic activities all over the world. Universities had to adapt to the changing learning environment by incorporating other learning modes such as eLearning to enable students to continue their programmes uninterrupted. The study examines the factors affecting behavioural intentions to use e-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study applies UTAUT2 to identify the factors that predict intentions to use e-learning. Also, the study examines the effect of personal innovativeness in information technology and perceived financial cost on intentions to use e-learning
