Exploring interactions between commuters with disabilities and transport service providers

What is it about?

Transportation services are important for our day to day activities but many disabled commuters are struggling with this service provision. Our study call for a transformative transport service design (TTSD) to demonstrate how DCs interact with transport services and how their overall well-being and satisfaction are affected. In addition, this study sheds light on the inherent challenges and enormous opportunities for inclusive service design and market problem solving for vulnerable consumers in emerging economies.
