Equilibrating resources and challenges during crises: a framework for service ecosystem well-being

What is it about?

Pandemics, such as the human coronavirus, impact on service industries and service customers. We contextualize pandemics in the realm of disasters and crises, and how they influence actors’ wellbeing in an ecosystem. We introduce a resources–challenges equilibrium (RCE) framework across system levels to facilitate service ecosystem wellbeing, and outline a research agenda.
