This paper studies the trajectory of Indian women flexpatriates using the lens of JD-R theory and finds that dual-role workload and emotional demands are unique job demands; opportunity of growth, social support and combination of work and leisure are unique job resources; and building up of self-esteem and self-efficacy is the unique personal resource.
