What is it about?
This study investigates the role of authentic leadership in fostering innovative work behavior among the employees of Indian startups that have outperformed others by going global. Our findings reveal that millennial employees who identify themselves as individualistic in culture reciprocate to the authenticity of their founder leaders by exhibiting readiness for change.
