What is it about?
This paper investigates the effect of diversity management (DM) on employees’ innovative work behaviors (IWB), mediated by human resource management (HRM) and affective commitment (AC). Findings suggest that DM had a direct and significant impact on HRM and AC. Moreover, HRM had a significant influence on both IWB and AC, as well as AC had a significant positive influence on IWB.
