What is it about?
The workforce development of multi-professional offender personality disorder staff is important to ensure that the support they provide is contemporary and evidence based. We developed a series of educational modules to meet these needs, and carried out an evaluation measuring the impact and effect this training had on the students. The modules were able to improve the confidence of the workforce when working with this client group, and valuable feedback on student experience was gained to shape future training.
