What is it about?
This paper explores the interactive effects of crime, place and properties that affect residents and neighborhoods. Using a Land Bank example, the impacts of sale and redevelopment on crime are noted. The application of a new technique reveals how the impacts change over time and space and how policies and practices should be periodically revisited.
