The concept of neutrality: a new approach

What is it about?

The concept of neutrality is hotly debated in Library and Information Science. We have investigated the views of librarians from different sectors and with different levels of work experience, finding out how they understand neutrality, whether it is possible to be neutral in their work, and how important and influential neutrality is to library and information services.
