“Covid-working”: what to keep and what to leave? Evidence from an Italian company

What is it about?

Covid-19 has heavily challenged work habits and outcomes. We studied the experience of "Covid-working" in one case company. We observed that it might trigger long-term effects such as multi-location of work, a new value for companies' HQs as collaborative spaces, and opportunities for diversity enhancement.
