What is it about?
Safeguarding Adult Reviews are local reports that are written when soemthing appears to have gone wrong in adult safeguarding. We read the Reviews that have been written about the death or harm of people who have experience of homelessness. We wanted to see what lessons had been learned. We found several examples of where assessments had not been carried out or arrangements had fallen through. We hope our review is of interest to people trying to support homeless people and that they find it helps in efforts to make services work better.
