What is it about?

As social capital and self-efficacy has been widely studied theories under various cultural, social and institutional dimensions across globe, we have conducted a test in the context of performance of farmer producer organization in India which is largely impacted by social capital and self-efficacy. Probably, it is the only study to analyze such relationship, wherein, self-efficacy found to be very crucial factor and much needed to enhance individual and group accomplishment. We suggested to focus much on building self-efficacy through capacity building programs for better livelihood of farmer or farmers’ collective.
