What is it about?
Service organisations that adopt lean ways of working might usefully adopt and manage as a process a bundle of HR practices. The study suggests that this bundle should include: HR planning; teamworking; employee participation; selective recruitment; performance appraisal, recognition and reward; and extensive training.
