What is it about?
Improving healthcare services is vital. We propose a systematic and innovative methodology that researchers can follow to successfully apply lean and six sigma concepts to study, analyze, and define possible areas for improvements within a certain unit and accordingly suggest proper improvements. The methodology is illustrated via a case study.
