What is it about?

Substandard, fake, and counterfeit medicines cause a major challenge to Latin America and the Caribbean countries. We reviewed data and presented the problems and possible solutions to this problem. This review examined the public health challenges faced by LAC regarding substandard, fake, and counterfeit medicines and how the region can tackle these challenges.
