Herding behavior in integrated financial markets: the case of MILA

What is it about?

In general, our findings infer that the herding behavior is more pronounced in the pre-MILA period, while in the post-MILA period, it exhibits weak herding behavior in only Chile and Peru. Thus, we conclude that the formation of MILA facilitates a more negative herding environment.
