What is it about?
Owner-managers of SMEs tend to be authoritarian in their management style. Our study showed that although authoritarian leadership led to a significant increase in firm-level turnover rates, firms with high-authoritarian and high-benevolent leaders were not necessarily affected by turnover rates.
