What is it about?
The impact of passion has been acknowledged in literature for several decades to cause growth in SMEs. The impact of compassion has not had the same focus and therefore limited research has been conducted in the context of compassion and the impact on SME-growth hitherto. This study aims for a contribution on the compassion issue. In the study is revealed that both passion and compassion has a dual impact on SME innovation and growth
