What is it about?
In the recent time's significant attention has been given to the green transformation; but, the green human resource management (GHRM) domain has not been explored much. However, none of the studies has employed total interpretive structural modelling (TISM) approach for analysing GHRM indicators of the Indian service sector. Hence, the present investigation intends to identify and model the GHRM indicators in the Indian automobile service sector to improving the overall environmental performance.
