The purpose of this paper is to investigate the prevalence of workplace negatives acts, the workplace bullying and the effects on the psychological health in an Italian university.

In particular, a quadratic regression model appears to be more appropriate than a linear model.
Perspectives
Workplace negative acts, stress and wellness evaluation has specific features in the University context, by reason of its mission, which consist in improving innovation and conveying knowledge and social values. All these variables have a great impact on psychosocial wellbeing of all the staff and the students, on job performance and on the quality of services provided.
